Chris Kearns is the Interdepartmental Manager and Legislative Liaison for the Rhode Island Office of Energy Resources (OER) and works on a variety of state energy policy matters, including energy efficiency, renewable energy, natural gas and energy security and is involved in the development of the state’s renewable energy procurement programs.
