Tara Fowler leads Xcel Energy’s Renewable Purchase Power and Renewable Portfolio teams. She is responsible for managing the negotiation and administration of long-term renewable energy purchases and the overall management of Xcel Energy’s Renewable Energy Credits portfolio. Previously, Tara was an energy trader and has over 15 years in the energy industry. Tara received dual bachelor’s degrees in Management and Marketing at the University of Iowa and earned her Master of Science in Global Energy Management at the University of Colorado.
