Mr. Ling Zhou is a co-founder and CEO of Bolb Inc., a California company focuses on producing high-efficiency solid-state germicidal emitters. He held management and engineering positions in other photonics companies including as a Senior Scientist in the Advanced Labs at Philips Lumileds. He received a Ph.D. in Electronic Materials from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign in 2002.
