Mark Goodwin

Mark oversees the implementation of Apex’s corporate strategy. He previously served as president and COO of Apex from 2009 to 2016. Mark brings 16 years of renewable energy experience to his role. Prior to joining Apex, he was a director at Horizon Wind Energy, with broad responsibilities in project execution and technology; he also served as the Horizon’s lead commercial negotiator for all turbine supply, installation, operations, and maintenance agreements. Before that, he was North American sales manager for wind turbine manufacturer Vestas. Mark is a former naval officer and helicopter pilot. He holds a BS in aerospace engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy and an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
