Jen Guadagno is the Sr Inclusive Hiring Program Manager at Microsoft. Jen is responsible for their recruiting and on-boarding strategies for people with disabilities. She has led the Microsoft Autism Hiring Program since it launched in April 2015 and has overseen the evolution of improvements to the program for candidates with autism spectrum disorder. She also partners with the Microsoft Global Talent Acquisition team for all recruiting events supporting people with disabilities. Jen is also one of the co-leads for the Disability All Employee Resource Group working to grow awareness of the community, in particular for non-apparent disabilities. In her spare time Jen is committed to wellness, baking and spending time with her family.
