Richard Holstein, CEO Oxygen Pools, Boynton Beach Florida Background: Prior to forming Oxygen Pools, Richard Holstein was the former President and CEO of Smartpool, Inc and is named on six US Patents for water treatment products. Richard has concentrated on saltwater treatment systems, UV systems and Ozone based systems for the past ten years with a focus on the use of UV/Ozone in residential pools. He manages product concept, research and EPA compliance for Oxygen Pools
