As an Occupational Therapist for over 25 years, Kristen’s background includes program development and management of a hospital rehabilitation department, which included championing ergonomics initiatives to promote employee and patient safety. For the past 5 years, she been with WorkWell Prevention and Care, collaborating with employers and therapists in the provision of on-site prevention and treatment services.
