ROBERT CALLAHAN has been in the fire service for 42 years. He is the fire prevention officer with Bossier Parish (LA) Fire District 1; the training chief with Webster Parish (LA) Fire District 3; and the training officer and a captain with Webster Parish (LA) Fire District 7. He is an adjunct instructor with the LSU Fire Training Institute, a contract instructor with the National Fire Academy.
