Dylan Paul currently runs the Facilities, Design, and Construction (FD&C) Center of Excellence (COE) for the University of California’s Systemwide Procurement Services (PS) group in Oakland CA. Dylan has over 22 years of experience (public and private) working in large capital programs and enjoys making acronyms in his spare time. Dylan is a Board Member with the Western Council of Construction Consumers (WCCC), and has been providing professional training on these topics for the last 8 years.
