Richard Grudman

Rich Grudman is the Chief of Project Management at the Department of General Services, for the County of San Diego. He is responsible for managing a team of 17 construction project managers who focus on renovation and major maintenance projects primarily using CM at Risk and Job Order Contracting. His program currently consists of 250 projects valued at ~$200M. Rich has worked 18 years at the County and has earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA), as well as Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Facility Manager (CFM) credentials.
