Deborah Wilder is the founder and president of Contractor Compliance and Monitoring Inc (CCMI). As an attorney in both Oregon and California she was looking for a non litigation solution to prevailing wage compliance, when she founded CCMI. CCMI provides training and performs labor compliance audits for public agencies, construction management firms and large prime contractors on thousands of public works projects. She has been an attorney for over 38 years and is considered a leading expert in the field. She is the author of three book: What Every Contractor Should Know about Prevailing Wages; AGC of America’s Davis Bacon Compliance Manual; and, Davis Bacon Handbook for Public Agencies. Deborah is a California native, a graduate of UC Davis and Northwestern School of Law of Lewis and Clark College, Oregon.
