Barbara Mason, MBA

Elsinore Valley Municipal Water District


Barbara has over 16 years of experience working in the governmental sector and with non-profit organizations in Finance and Purchasing. Since 2011, Barbara has worked at Elsinore Valley Municipal Water District (EVMWD). At EVMWD, she worked as a Management Analyst in the Strategic Business Programs where she supported the District’s projects, data, and analytics work. For the past few years, Barbara became heavily involved with the Purchasing Department and is now the Contract Administrator for the District utilizing her experience with contracting and procurement. Barbara graduated from the University of West Florida with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. While working at the District, she returned to school and obtained a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Redlands. Barbara is currently the Vice Chairperson of the Inland Empire chapter of CAPPO. She is the Vice-President of the District’s Management Team Association and is the Facilitator and creator of as Districtwide group that produces ideas and problem solving while promoting staff development.
