Carole’s procurement experience includes 20 years as a Director of Procurement in the retail, medical and food industries, and 17 years as the Purchasing Agent for the City of Anaheim. Her professional certifications include the Lifetime Certified Purchasing Manager (C.P.M.) from the Institute of Supply Management, Certified Public Purchasing Officer (CPPO) from the Universal Public Purchasing Council, and Certified Purchasing Card Professional from Professional Association for the Commercial Card and Payment Industry. Since retiring from the City of Anaheim in 2016, she has been traveling, enjoying spending time with her grandchildren, and doing consulting and volunteer work, including acting as the CAPPO RetireeLINK webmaster.
