Joe Holley, MD, FACEP, is board certified in Emergency Medicine and serves as medical director for Memphis and Shelby County. In addition, he is the State of Tennessee EMS Medical Director. He is involved in Urban Search and Rescue and has been deployed over 20 times, including to the Pentagon during 9/11, and Hurricane Katrina. He also trains military Special Operators.
