Fran Hildwine, BS, NRP, is the American Heart Association, Training Center Coordinator for Nemours, A.I. duPont Hospital for Children in Wilmington, DE. Fran is an EMS Instructor with Good Fellowship Ambulance in West Chester, PA. He is a columnist for JEMS, writing the monthly “Hand’s On” column. Fran holds an Associate’s Degree in Electronics and a Bachelor’s Degree in Allied Health.
