Marci Britt, Senior Associate Attorney at Cotney Construction Law, practices primarily in the area of labor and employment law. She has significant litigation experience in a wide array of employment disputes, including discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims, wage and hour compliance, whistleblower claims, OSHA defense, family and medical leave issues, terminations and reductions-in-force, and restrictive covenant enforcement and defense. In addition to litigation, Marci counsels employers on various human resources matters, conducts workplace investigations, compliance audits, and on- site management and employee trainings, and drafts employment contractors and independent contractor agreements, employee handbooks and policies, application forms, drug-testing and background screening policies, severance agreements, and non-compete agreements.
