Heidi is a Principal and Licensing & Regulatory Lead with Stantec's WaterPower & Dams business. She is a recognized leader in hydropower licensing, relicensing, and license implementation and compliance, providing strategic and regulatory advice across a range of environmental, legislative, and policy issues affecting the hydropower industry. Heidi brings more than 20 years' experience advising public and private utility and developer clients on strategic licensing and environmental matters. She also serves on the Board of Directors of the Northwest Hydropower Association, is a member of the National Hydropower Association, and is an active member of HydroVision International’s Steering Committee.
