Ragan Holt has over 30 years of experience in the quick maintenance industry. A carrier that started as a lower bay technician to overseeing a multi shop organization that maintained car counts that exceeded industry norms by over 150%. Today he serves as a a senior trainer in operational training to single shop operators and multi unit franchise organizations with a specialty in developing a customer-first focus in operational procedures. When not training in the shops, he speaks at various automotive service industry trade shows in both keynote presentations and leading breakout sessions. In his down time, he enjoys training upland hunting bird dogs that he and family enjoy working behind during the bird hunting season.
