ROB FISHER has been an active member and student of the fire service for 30 years. He is a battalion chief with Snohomish County (WA) Fire District #7. He has an A.S. degree in fire command, a B.S. degree in public safety and emergency management, and is an IFSAC Fire Officer II. He is an active member of the F.O.O.L.S. and is the Education Chair on International's E-board.
