Mr. Odden has been an investment banker for over twenty-fiveyears. In that time he has worked for multinational banks doing transactions valued at billions of dollars, and he has also worked in the middle market helping small companies find the right partners to reach their owners’ goals. He started his career as an officer in the United States Navy, where he served onboard the USS Tripoli. After graduating from business school,he thenworked on Wall Street at Dillon Read and UBS. While in New York, Mr. Odden worked on transactions including mergers and acquisitions, as well as debt and equity financing.Mr. Odden left banking to take two positions leading the M&A efforts of two Fortune 500 companies, Rockwell International and Honeywell Aerospace. Working to grow those businesses through acquisition or joint venture provided a different and unique perspective he can bring back to the sell side to facilitate business owners meeting their financial and strategic goals.Finally, Mr. Odden left corporate America to return to investment banking, now serving small and middle market clients, primarily helping private owners sell their businesses. He spent six years as a Managing Director at Houlihan Lokey in Los Angeles, followed by two years as a Managing Director at KPMG in Phoenix. He arrived at Commercial Plus threeyears ago with decades of experience in structuring and executing divestitures. Commercial Plus is a diversified service provider focused on being its clients’ trusted business advisor. Mr. Odden has a BA from Cornell University and an MBA from Columbia Business School. He lives in Scottsdale,Arizona with his wife and two children.
