American Indian Science & Engineering Society - (AISES)


Following a recent retirement from a 30+ year career in Tribal Gaming, Jodi currently sits a member of the American Indian Science & Engineering Society (AISES) Board of Directors. The mission of AISES is to increase Indigenous representation in the STEM fields. Jodi's personal mission over the past five years since becoming a member of AISES, has been to amplify opportunities for AISES members within the Casino Gaming, Video and Esport industry, by partnering with Casino Gaming organizations who are focused on developing stronger diversity programs and work force development growth with AISES. Jodi also continues her involvement with the Tribal Gaming Protection Network as an Advisory Board Member and Committee Member of The TGPN Women in Tribal Gaming Symposium. In her spare time (which is a lot lately ) Jodi spends her summer days as a Swim Official (Lifeguard) with Catalina Channel Swim Federation, safely escorting marathon swimmers across the Catalina Channel, attempting to cross the 20 mile Catalina Channel from the island to the mainland. Jodi and her wife of 34 years Crystal, reside in Southern California.
