Elgin Allen formed AIM in 1989 and is the CEO and Owner. Prior to starting his own company, Elgin had 13 years of mixed insurance and accounting experience. AIM currently partners with 46 of the 50 State PTAs and is the largest writer of PTAs in the country. Elgin has four children, two of which work with him; one lives in New York and the fourth is a Junior at the University of Texas in Austin. Elgin and his wife, Rachel, have been married 30 years. Elgin enjoys spending time with his family and has two granddaughters, ages 3 ½ and 1 year.
