Pat Sanford

Pat Sanford has worked as Director of Leadership Development in the North East Independent School District, served as President of the American Association of University Women San Antonio, and is a certified trainer in numerous Franklin Covey leadership programs. While in North East ISD, she introduced the Leader in Me program in 40 plus elementary, middle, and high schools making the North East Leader in Me program the largest in the country at that time. Before working in NEISD, Ms. Sanford worked as an Education Specialist at Education Service Center, Region 20 in San Antonio as an Education Specialist; and was Program Coordinator at the American Lung Association, Alamo Region. While there she co-founded Camp Broncho, a camp for children 8-12 with moderate to severe asthma. She began her career as a high school English and Journalism teacher. Ms. Sanford is married and has one son and two stepsons.
