Jim Kokkines is the Membership Manager at HFMA where he maintains all aspects of company membership including recruiting, marketing and training for top resource for healthcare financial professionals. He is also responsible for increasing developing outreach programs that increase new membership and retention of current members. Jim develops plans for the promotion of products and services through multimedia outlets including social media and analyzes the membership and loss rate information to design plans.
