Alicia Ostermeier is Director of Human Resources at Bottom-Line Performance, an Indiana-based learning-solutions firm. Over nearly 10 years with the company, she’s helped privately held and Fortune 500 corporate clients identify performance challenges and achieve business goals like reducing costs, improving safety standards, and implementing new processes — including collaborating with the NCAA to design and develop the Division II Path to Graduation toolkit. Alicia implemented BLP’s first new employee onboarding program and established a career development cohort system that led to promotions for 25% of its employees in its first year. She holds a master's degree in Instructional Systems Technology from Indiana University, and a Professional in Human Resources® certification from the HR Certification Institute.
