Manoj also manages IT, Technical Support, Business Development, Marketing, and enterprise software solutions management teams at Berkshire. Manoj’s over 30 years of combined technical and business experience is a testament to his sharp ability to identify and build practical business software solutions. Manoj developed a custom solution 12 years ago to solve a unique compliance problem, which became today’s TAS balanceTRAK. He has made substantial contributions to data processing automation for talent acquisition and affirmative action plans for Fortune 500 companies. Manoj has emerged as one of the industry’s leading authorities on engineering SaaS-based solutions. Manoj holds a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Computer Information Systems.
