Marc has been in the healthcare human capital space for the past 15 years – all of those years with Katon Direct. Prior to that he consulted small businesses to improve all aspects of human resources, including performance management, benefit administration, liability protection, recruitment, and retention. Marc was instrumental in developing Katon Direct’s original relationship-building marketing approach and helps oversee Katon’s operations, product development, and management of the in-house team. His extensive experience in finance, administration and human resources, along with the successful startup and sale of two small businesses, has given him a responsive approach to developing new client relationships and nurturing those already established. Marc lives in Connecticut with his wife and their two children. He is an avid skier, CrossFitter, and a diehard New York Mets fan.
