Two time global Sourcing Grandmaster challenge champion, Jim Schnyder, is Founder and Principal Consultant for Recruiting Advisors. He is a sought-after speaker and trusted industry figure on recruiting best practices, sourcing, recruitment marketing strategies and overall technology. Known for his expertise on candidate relationship management systems (CRM) and applicant tracking systems (ATS), Jim has worked on both the agency and corporate side of the staffing business for such companies as PepsiCo, Management Recruiters and Perot Systems. He currently serves on SourceCon’s Technology Committee and is Co-Director of Education for the Dallas Fort Worth Recruiters Network. Jim lives in Dallas, TX, is a native of St. Louis and a graduate of the University of Missouri.
