Julia is the Director of Talent Acquisition for Fiserv, a financial technology company that enables today’s consumer to move and manage money with ease, speed and convenience. She develops and implements recruiting strategies that align with the company’s operating objectives and long-term strategic growth priorities. She started her career as a recruiter and has a passion for innovation in the recruitment space. When she isn’t problem solving at work, Julia loves travel. She recently checked an item off her travel bucket list earlier this year by seeing the Northern Lights in Iceland.
