Dave Morley is Director, 5G & Regulatory at Freedom Mobile, a Shaw Communications company and Canada’s fourth largest mobile network operator. In his current role, Dave is responsible for 5G strategy, trials and standards and related spectrum strategy/policy. In his previous role, Dave led the development and implementation of 4G LTE small cells and Wi-Fi technology. Dave has a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering and an MBA degree from the University of Alberta.
