Steve brings over 25 years of experience and success helping companies effectively use casino data to grow business profitably. He started his gaming career with Caesars, spending 12 years in the organization and serving the last two years as Regional Vice President of Data Analytics. Following Caesars, Steve spent six years as Sr. Vice President of Loyalty Marketing for The Fine Point Group, working with over 50 casino clients during his tenure. He currently oversees Analytics and Database Marketing for Mille Lacs Corporate Ventures, including the two Grand Casino's, in Minnesota.
