Kirk Beaster holds the position of Applications Specialist, Technical Field Support at BASF/Chemetall. Kirk has a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Michigan Technological University. He has 18+ years’ experience in various roles of technical support in the metal finishing/surface treatment industry, having held the positions of Engineering Specialist, Engineering Manager, Laboratory Manager, Market Manager and Industry Manager prior to his current role. Kirk specializes in process start-up and troubleshooting, process optimization and technical training.
