She manages a 24x7x365 team that is responsible for tier 1 and 2 level troubleshooting IT support from faculty, staff and students. Maria holds a B.S. from the University of Houston-Downtown, and is certified in ITIL. Maria has been working in higher education IT for over 13 years. She has passion for the IT world.
