Josephine “Jo” Copeland is Vice President, Managed Care at PMA Companies.. Ms. Copeland is responsible for leading PMA’s corporate and field Managed Care operations. Jo is an accomplished executive with a record of achievement in the workers’ compensation, commercial auto and group health industries. She has significant experience leading and developing managed care initiatives in the insurer and TPA markets. Most recently, Ms. Copeland served as Vice President, Cost Containment at Broadspire, Crawford & Company's global TPA and managed care services provider. Ms. Copeland has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Wesley College.
