Taylor Bell could be considered a rather unconventional IT technician and administrator. With a credentialed background in the social sciences, Bell’s dynamic individuality, variety of skills, and passion for innovation has perpetuated her love for and close relationship with technology. After working in the therapy field for a few years, Bell decided to dive back into technology. Now a Jamf 200 Certified Tech in her organization, she serves as a full-time staff member and faculty member at Maryville University, handling day-to-day operations including supporting the Canvas learning management system and managing over 4000 organizational iPads using a device management software solution. A true evangelist for education, she focuses on partnerships with organizations like Apple to drive innovation and educational excellence. Bell has two Bachelor of Science degrees in Music Therapy and Psychology from Maryville University. She also holds a Master of Health Administration from Webster University and is completing her coursework in the Master of Cyber Security program at Maryville presently. Recently named the Core Values staff member of the quarter within her organization, Bell has worked diligently to implement and streamline the use of technology and corresponding professional development University wide.
