Dr. Trang Phan is an assistant professor and is director of the Instructional Technology Resource Center (INTERESC) at the Kremen School of Education and Human Development at California State University, Fresno. Dr. Phan heads CSU Fresno’s Collaborative Classrooms initiative and has presented internationally on how technology can be used to promote collaboration and personalized learning.
