Steve Tolan is the National Workers’ Compensation Director for Nordstrom Inc. His career spans close to three decades focused on the administration of the claims/benefits. Steve spent ten years working for insurance carriers before joining Nordstrom where he currently supports a best in class claim team self-administering claims for 24 states with wrap around programs covering a total of 40 states not including Canada and Puerto Rico. Steve currently serves on the Board for the California Self-Insurers’ Security Fund.
