Anthony Scarpino is a Senior Director of Talent Acquisition at Sodexo, a world leader in Quality of Life serving more than 15 million consumers at 13,000 client sites in North America. In this role, Anthony leads recruitment teams that focus on sourcing, attracting and recruiting top talent in various disciplines and industries. Anthony directs the implementation of Sodexo's employment branding for US recruitment using an integrated online presence that has been recognized best in class by the Corporate Executive Board, Human Capital Institute and Society for New Communications Research and featured in the Wall Street Journal and Forbes magazine. Prior to joining talent acquisition, Anthony managed operations in Sodexo's healthcare segment. He is a registered dietitian and past president of the Massachusetts Dietetic Association.
