Ms. Nicholas has practiced education law with a focus on special education since 2014. She is a former teacher, and graduate of the University of North Carolina School of Law. Ms. Nicholas received her B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. She has defended school boards in numerous due process actions and regularly advises clients on the IDEA and Section 504.
