I have spoken at international conferences for ASHRAE, Metropolis magazines "Tropical Green" conference and the "Subtropical Cities" conference as well as led numerous workshops at the state and local level for BOMA, NAIOP, ULI, SMPS, CREW, CSI, CEA, AIA, ...etc... and serve on the BOMA Florida energy committee with Mr. Scott, ULI National "Building Healthy Places" Forum, GMBHA green committee, CEA board of directors, and am a past board member of the South Florida USGBC chapter. In addition, I am a practicing mechanical engineer and sustainability consultant that focuses on the commercial market, such that I have many diverse "real-world" examples of subjects that many building owners are curious about.
