Michelle Hale is the Director of Talent Acquisition at Dartmouth College, responsible for all non-academic hiring at the institution. Her experience includes more than a decade of nonprofit program management and development, along with human resources activities including; employee/labor relations, recruitment, career development and workforce planning. Prior to Dartmouth College, Michelle worked for the University of Maine System where she supported the University of Maine flagship campus as a Senior Human Resources Partner, led their Talent Acquisition efforts and was the leader of Human Resources for the smallest System campus in Machias.
