Geoff is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with Aon clients in a number of industries, as well as overseeing the delivery of excellent service. Geoff has more than 8 years of experience in managing large property and casualty risk, delivering insurance solutions, and industry- leading expertise in the financial and healthcare industries, including cannabis risk, complex mergers and acquisitions, and private equity transactions. Prior to joining Aon he was a Vice President at a national insurance brokerage where he consulted middle market clients on a number of issues. Geoff’s work has been published in several journals, most recently a white paper regarding the impact of interest rate hikes on large real estate risk, capital expenditures, and their subsequent impact on long-term valuations and insurance premiums. Geoff has helped cannabis companies in the US and abroad successfully manage their risk management and insurance programs, including cultivators, retailers, vertically integrated groups, investors looking to protect their investments, and much more. Before he began his career in insurance, Geoff played 4 seasons in the National Football League, which was highlighted by winning a Super Bowl Championship as a rookie with the New York Giants in 2007. Geoff currently sits on the Board of Directors for the National Epilepsy Foundation and Chairs their Athletes Vs. Epilepsy Initiative.
