Julio Rocha




Julio Rocha is a quintessential Latino entrepreneur with experience of successfully navigating industries like janitorial services, women apparel, insurance, financial services, technology, and education, always with the same goal in mind, creating tangible solutions.

Today, Julio serves as the Chief Connector Officer for Orlando AVANZA, a Hispanic culturalization consulting firm that focuses on helping non-Hispanic businesses enter and thrive in the Hispanic market. Also, he serves as Chief Executive Officer for Rocha Financial Group. This financial services firm focuses on helping individuals and business owners visualize beyond the financial challenges and analyze the opportunities.

Julio believes in giving back to the community that has supported him by becoming an advocate for education. He currently serves as a director on the National Board of Prospanica, the Association of Hispanic Professionals. For his philanthropic work with the organization, Prospanica awarded him their highest honor – the Brillante Award for Volunteering Excellence in 2012. The US Congress noticed his continuous action to move the community forward via education, and in 2014 Julio received special recognition, and his named was entered into the record of Congress.

Focusing on the future, he invests time with his daughter and son in educating them on entrepreneurship principals that will be valuable for their success in an accelerated global economy.
