Oscar Marquina is a management consultant with McKinsey & Co., where he helps organizations and their leaders implement large-scale transformation. Oscar has experience in rapidly improving an organizational performance, building management capabilities, and leveraging operational excellence to improve the customer experience. His industry experience includes Financial Services, Oil & Gas, and Mining.

He is a passionate advocate of diversity and has been recognized as a community leader and diversity champion. He was named among the top 40 under 40 Latino leaders in Washington D.C. He served on the national board of directors of the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers (SHPE) and led the creation of McKinsey’s Hispanic and Latino Economic Forum, an annual gathering of C-level of executives to discuss the latest trends impacting the Hispanic community.

He has spoken on diversity topics to members of congress, in national conferences and the media including ABC4 News, Deseret News, and Utah Public Radio.

Oscar attended Utah State University where he pursued a Mechanical Engineering degree and an MBA. While in college, he started two small business which he grew and later sold to focus on his career.
