Yvonne Martin has a strong track record in both the for profit and nonprofit sectors. She has extensive executive leadership experience, with expertise in operations, finance, fundraising, and philanthropy, and strategic global account management.

As an accomplished Latina professional, she is dedicated to serving the community. Her 28 years of volunteer work includes Chairwoman of the Prospanica National Board of Directors (2011/2012), Chapter leadership of Prospanica Connecticut, Chair of the Otis Elevator United Way Campaign, and founder of the UTC Hispanic Leadership Forum employee network group. She currently serves as a Director on the Manchester Community College in Connecticut.

In 2007, she was inducted into the Academy of Women Leaders, YWCA of the City of New York and was recognized in the 2013 Corporate Elite: Top 25 Executives by Hispanic Business Magazine. Yvonne’s 30-year career includes roles at Otis Elevator Company in product strategy, branch management, sales, field operations, strategic account management, and finance in the United States and Spain. As Vice President for Global Strategic Accounts, Yvonne led global teams advancing Otis’ account management competence, capability, and strategy serving global customers.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Bridgeport and an MBA from Northeastern University.
