A talented executive with keen professionalism, visionary spirit, and charisma, Miranda-Yuen is an acclaimed speaker, leadership coach and workplace innovator. A former marketing and business executive, she is the forefront of many initiatives that have been the driving forces to the betterment of workplace and communities as a whole.

Highly respected in the fields of leadership and community engagement, Miranda-Yuen’s work has received praise on the national and local levels. A recipient of Proclamations from the United Stated Congress and the Saint Louis County, she also earned the Most Influential Minority Business Leader Award from the St. Louis Business Journal and the National Football League-NFL Hispanic Heritage Leadership Award in 2015. Recently Ciléia was inducted at Webster University Hall of Fame.

Miranda-Yuen is the founder and chair of the Latino Legacy Project through which she has helped shape a better future by coaching, mentoring and providing college scholarship to promising bright young Latinos.

She has designed curriculums for Hispanic Leadership Trainings and Workshops and teaches Authentic Leadership and Personal Brand. Employing the tools of Emotional Intelligence, Cileia promotes empowerment through self-responsibility, self-awareness, self-management, social-awareness, and management of relationships.

A trailblazer, Ciléia has fomented several cross-cultural collaborative initiatives among prominent art, cultural, and business organizations and forged the bridge between the Hispanic-Latino communities and the community in general.

Ciléia has served in several boards. In the moment she is focusing on authoring her new book and she intends to pursue a PhD in Social Psychology.
