Kristin is the Manager of Content for the creative pro segment at LinkedIn Learning, lynda.com. She has been involved in the field of design as a designer, book editor, writer, and now developer of online courses for more than 20 years. Prior to joining LinkedIn Learning she served as the Editorial Director at the eBookstore WOWIO, as the Senior Acquisitions editor of Rockport Publishers’ design list, and at Bulfinch Press, an illustrated book division that was part of Little, Brown and Company specializing in high-end fine art and photography books. Kristin has also been a contributing writer to Create Magazine, STEP Inside Design, Soundings, and the Los Angeles Times. In her free time she enjoys hiking, skiing, biking, and oil painting. She is also a seasoned sailor who circumnavigated the globe on a 180-foot three-masted barque.
