She specializes in relationship building, solutions-based selling, and business development, which help identify and create solutions to address client/marketer challenges. Illianna is currently a Senior Partner Manager at LinkedIn, managing strategic Ad Tech partnerships that help to accelerate innovation, revenue, and growth for LinkedIn’s Marketing Solutions business. She is one of the regional leads for LinkedIn’s Hispanic ERG, Hispanics of LinkedIn Alliance (HOLA) and is also on the board of the 100 Hispanic Women to continue investing in her passion and commitment to helping under-represented groups to best position and market themselves to elevate their personal and profession careers.
