Isaiah is an experienced telecommunications engineer who has worked in the cable industry supporting and deploying DOCSIS services since February 2000. He is skilled in disseminating information to high-level audiences, such as the workshop he presented to FBI and Department of Justice employees on cable modem hacking and how hackers can be discovered. Isaiah has been promoted into positions of increasing responsibility, culminating in his current role as Sr. Director of Advanced Engineering for Network Services Engineering, focusing on device activation and the services that provide internet to cable customers.​
