As VP of Retail Operations, Jenny is a proven expert in navigating the successful launch and ongoing oversight of all dispensaries for Mission Medical Cannabis Dispensary’s rapidly expanding national presence. With over twelve years of experience in hospitality and retail operations, prior to joining Mission, she oversaw new store openings as the Learning & Development Manager for Sweetgreen. In this role, she was instrumental in expanding the organization’s footprint by developing training programs and operational implementations to strengthen and grow teams while keeping the unique brand culture intact. Since joining Mission, she has successfully opened dispensaries in Maryland, Pennsylvania and Massachusetts.
